Objectives

The promotion and defense of human rights as described in the international charter of human rights, the African charter of human and peoples' rights, the constitution of Burundi and other national and international relevant texts;

Action against any violation of human or a person’s rights, rights of communities in general and vulnerable and / or marginalized groups in particular;

Sensitization of the population in general and of the youth in particular about peaceful resolution of conflicts and national reconciliation.
